Why would you start the inferior goalie?

We need to name a starter and get it over with. Let said starter play a few games and get a feel for the puck.

Even good goalies will have average performances. This constantly jerking them around is not helping anybody down the stretch.

That's why he said start gus and not reimer!

Millen doesn't know if we can call Lupul-Bozak-Kessel the "big line"? Bowen says we have a 1, and 1A.

No, we have a 1 and Grabo.

But this should be 4-4.

Is it just me or does it look like the Oilers are having a tough time trying to keep up with the Leafs' speed?

Yeah, no argument here.
The Oilers offense is pretty solid too. Gagner/Hall/Eberle have looked good....Hopkins needs some linemates.

I could imagine what would be said in here if the Leafs were down 5-3 on the same circumstances.

You all know it.

Do you think the Leafs should try to get Hamill of waivers? More depth in the "C" in the minors?

He probably grabbed it but unless you're standing right beside him it's impossible to say for sure. Theoretically, he could have cradled it and brought it around his body and down to his stick without closing his hand on it. It's unlikely, but unless one of the refs saw him grab it, they have to give him the benefit of the doubt. But like I said, really cool goal.
