Grasping at straws in not the answer. And do we really need center depth? We not a top flight center, not center depth IMO. |

I have a serious beef with the EA Hockey brand.....you can't do you're own line changes unles you use the fancy controls. How can they not dedicate a button to line changes? |

We have a stock pile of 4th line/boarder line nhl centers for depth. Ellis, McMuscle, Goose, Boyes, Hecht, Adam, Sczchura, leino, ennis and gerbe are just as good if not better answers than som scrub on waivers. only about one out of every 879 waiver pick ups turn out to be Bryzgalov |

Hear anything about these possible Dustin brown discussions?
He's one of my fav players and has exactly the kind of toughness & leadership that we need in the top6 |

You can change them... I use the classic controls or whatever.. whenever there is a break.. and they show the yellow dots of how much "energy" each line has.. you have to use the arrow keys to scroll up and down and hit X on whichever line you want out.. |

One thing that was no mystery was Boston was rated on 80 at the start of the season. The game is made in Vancouver.

They like him, but so does LA, thus the problem. My one friend is actually a scout for the Kings, and although he likes Brown and thinks he is a good player, he believes he is a bit overrated. I'd like him here sure, but LA isn't just going to hand him over. |

i think the best case scenario is unfolding for us right now. We are playing well but still not gaining ground. we do not have to see the team tank and still position ourselves for a top end pick. Also, guys like Gaustad's value is going up with his recent play. So as it looks the better we play the more value our UFA's gain and we dont have to watch poopty hockey all while still getting what could really help this team in a top 5 pick. |

I've been playing 2010, and unless I'm wrong, you cant change them at all unless you use the one set of controls. I also use classic.
I just got 2012 and didnt know you can do that using classic. Sounds like you can't on the fly though? |

Wouldn't say I'm sold on carter...
But if u take away the bad attitude talk, he makes way more sense than anyone else discussed
Great cap hit for the rest of his career (which also makes him trade-able if he doesn't fit in here)
40 goal potential (is there even anyone else out there available w 30goal potential?)
And he prob won't cost us an arm & a leg to get (def less than getzlaf)
I understand the attitude concerns...
But there is no one available that has the potential production & at no where close salary-wise
To me that makes carter worth the risk

We should pick up Gomez, lets face it, he is due.......
Onto Ruff, that actually would have hurt pretty bad, falling backwards onto the ice like that, not knowing it was coming, ouch. |

Brown is exactly what we want Stafford and Kassian to be. A big power forward who will score 20-30 goals and HITS. Browns last 2 seasons: 287 and 300 hits, with 187 currently this year. i would love for him to be in blue and gold

Great... now Pommer is the only player on the team to not miss any games this season... INCLUDING HC Lindry Ruff!!
We are only at like 260 games lost due to injury.. |

I'm sure it'd cost, but between hearing this from you and reqding a couple blog back that mathew barry thinks its possible he's traded...
I actually have genuine hope
I'd buy a Dustin Brown jersey tomorrow if we got him
At the very least... It's good to hear we're looking at the TYPE of player I feel we desperately need |
