The Flyers are the worst 30-16-6 team in NHL history.

How many times have I said it's your choice to talk about whoever you want to?
- MJL

I just think it's kind of strange to point out Giroux's struggles over the last month when I was talking about Bryz's struggles all year. Not sure how they correlate.

According to Twitter, Briere may be back as early as tomorrow night. No news on JVr other than he's still out indefinitely.

Maybe something eles is going on with JVR. His hip maybe a bit worse than some expected? Dunno but sucks that JVR is having this kind of season. He was doing very well before all the injuries

he's good at faking injuries to avoid being traded after the TDL all his injuries will magically go away

If he can come back and be half the player he was in the Boston series, then he will be like a TDL pick up on his own. I hope he can get back to where he was.

This quote basically says it all.....

“It didn’t go our way,” Timonen added. Then, when asked what he thought the difference was in the game, Timonen quietly but just as quickly responded, “the goalie.”

I guess Kimmo Timonen isn't as well informed about hockey as all the arm chair quarterbacks who post on HockeyBuzz.

- PLindbergh31

Honestly? Kimmo is a headf*ck for saying that. He's smarter than that and was likely speaking out of frustration of being spanked by the Rags, yet again.

I bet if he gets asked that same question today or tomorrow, he would answer it differently. Oddly enough, Bryz got crucified when throwing his teammates under the bus. Don't see the same happening with Kimmo here.....

Bryz is to blame for yesterday.

No doubt.

2 soft goals against in a 4 - 2 game (before empty net)

- ggunky

I'm another one. The Cliff's Notes for yesterday's game: "Bryz lost it". My opinion only. Many on this board have self-assured opinions as if they coached or played the game. I'm only a tired, old and unwashed fan with a couple thousand games under his belt. Just because some of us want to put it all on Bryz doesn't mean we don't understand things. I'm longing for the day that I can simply say "Bryz won it" and I'll be the first to say it when it happens. For $60 milion I expect it.

He may have been talking about Henrik, because he was the difference.

Doesnt matter whos fault it is the Flyers need to get better play from everyone on the ice. I never seen an individual win the Stanley Cup. The Flyers need to play as a unit and trust that the player on the ice is going to do their job.

Crazy, rite?

take away 2 soft goals and at the worst you get a point.

Looking for Bryz to play like the guy he was brought in to be.

That would be the other school of thought. Not a big deal if he says that.

As good as Lundqvist is I thought he was very beatable in yesterdays game. The Flyers missed mulitple opportunities to capatalize on it.

I'm not sure what he was trying to say, but you're right, if he was talking about Bryz, he just opened up a can of worms.

so what your saying is, the Flyers can't beat the Rags even on an average day for Hank?

What do you guys think about trading for Joni Pitkanen? hes out right now but maybe we could get him for cheap and he should be back healthy and well rested for the playoffs

Hard for me to agree or disagree. Lundy makes every save look easy. His positionion is always spot on. That's one area I thought Bryz was starting to look better. I thought his positioning and lateral movement were starting to look better until a couple of those goals last night.

Hopefully he can build off of last week and not regress from yesterday's game. I was really starting to feel good about him.

Only if they promote Todd Fedoruk up from Trenton to punch him and all the other Dmen in the face when they mess up.
