If I was you, I'd re-read the last few pages, I saw at least two people blaming Bryzgalov for yesterday. - Jsaquella

B- You forgot fans. We need to come up with a better chant than "Sux!"
And how could you let a softie (Shelley) squeak through?!? - Flyskippy
Shelley was getting me popcorn, so i let him off the list.
you're right when it comes to the chant. but then again, maybe the marketing department can come up with something better. I got it... how about playing Rocky over and over again near the end of the game? |

Bryz is to blame for yesterday.
No doubt.

Do you think the Flyers would be a better team today if they hadn't gone after the best goalie available last summer? If they made Bob their #1 and maybe picked up someone else as a backup? - Dkos
Thats a hard question to answer. Our opinions will vary based on Bryzgalovs performance this season. Going into the year I would of thought the Flyers would be better with Bryzgalov in net. He is a proven goalie who has had alot of success during his NHL career. |

I loved your "Dancing Guy" assessment, too. Let him be the in-game personality, etc. and that's it. |

I think, while other factors contributed, Bryzgalov was the main reason why they lost. Others will have different opinions. I'm looking at the season as a whole rather than this past weekend. In the game yesterday, several things occured that led to the lost, I'll give you that, but I still think Bryz needs to make 1 or 2 more clutch saves. Even 1 of those gets stopped and the game is different. Now you can say the same about Giroux's missed opportunity, among others, but IMO, Bryz was brought in to make those clutch saves.
Clearly, if they score on 1 or two more power play opportunities, the game changes as well. Same goes for Carle not coughing up the puck, but depsite those short comings, your goalie needs to be your best player and so far this season he's been far from it.
I really hope he can turn it around. I'm not anti-Bryz. I've been pretty patient until today. Maybe I'm in a foul mood today, who knows, but today I've lost my patience with him. |

Better us than Vancouver. The Canucks played that once when I was watching on Center Ice. Unless they did that because Rockychocbill was in attendance? |

thanks...my thing is...he already takes up two seats and then when he dances he "forces" 2 or 3 other people to move so he can bounce and girate back and forth. Why do i know this...
because it's in my row!!!
Like Bo and I have said from time to time...he has served his purpose. Keep him as the in game and move on...

I have been a Bryz supporter all year. You have the right to be disappointed in his performance yesterday. I thought he was goaling well until the Gaborik goal was scored. After that goal he became a different goalie and just looked shakey during the third period (lack of confidence). |

someone please tell Bill he needs to write a new article or we can all go over the Dallas thread. They should only be on page 3 at the most. |

Has their been an update on Briere and JvR yet? I've heard nothing since the two had what was called "Set Backs" last week. |

According to Twitter, Briere may be back as early as tomorrow night. No news on JVr other than he's still out indefinitely. |

Briere thought he would be back soon and JVR isn't talking. Today JVR was on the ice but Briere wasn't which leads some to believe there's been another possible set back for Danny. |

When did I ever say ignore anything else? I've said the whole time, and you can back read, that the whole team needs to be better. I'm just choosing to talk about Bryz right now. Why am I not allowed to talk about 1 player? Is there a rule that I need to discuss every single player? I know the rest of the team needs to be better, but when the goalie you brought in to be better than a back up isn't doing so, for the entire year so far, it deserves criticism. Giroux had 1 bad month, Bryz has had a bad season. - funmaster18
How many times have I said it's your choice to talk about whoever you want to?
