If the Islanders are at all serious about making a playoff run, they need to acquire an NHL defenseman now that Travis is gone for at least the next 2 weeks. I don't expect a superstar, but at least one who has been in the league for a while.

wont happen. They'll sit 10 pts back and sell off one or two players for picks at the deadline. Look at the facts, this team is 5-1-2 in its last 8 and is still 10 back of the 8th seed. The season is over.
Hey the way it looked 2 weeks is not much. Whew, I am glad he was not hurt worse. He is such a nasty player as in "he takes no poop" and is pissed off easily against the other team, we need him. Feel better young man...
Al should not have played unless necessary. All players take some time to get back to 100% after a bad injury. Miller definately knew where Frans was going. Did his homework or maybe his coach gave him some videos.
