very frustrating weekend to be a Flyers fan...right now, they just don't look to be good enough to do much against the better teams in the conference. Hopefully, they can get a little healthy, get another Dman, and somebody steps up and starts to play well between the pipes.

You're right ...but even when the defense chokes he should be making saves ...every other goaltender at his price does ...it's not an excuse anymore

Yup, the last 5 games it looked like he was turning the corner, playing much better, and the Gaborik rap around had me wondering, is there going to be a confidence issue with this guy again?? the 3rd goal & the 4th goal, as well as the Gaborik goal, need to be stopped, and here we go, playoff type game, and he's soft again, granted there are other issues, but when he fuc&ed up the wrap around around you can see the confidence go down & shaky shi% come back.

when he wasn't facing enough shots it was, "o I need more shots" well he had more today.
OK, all the know it all's in these boards will jump in and "correct" me now, that "our goalie will be back, he'll be fine"

PS Jagr reminds me a little of Carter now, drifting, trying to go 1 on 3, "summer day backcheck" etc
