I don't see the organization giving up on Stafford by the deadline. Roy, Boyes,Leino, Leopold and Gragnani would be the moves that make the biggest impact. I'd trade Philly Leino for Schenn straight up. Boyes and Gragnani to SJ for Clowe and Roy and Leopold with a pick to Colorado for Stasny. This would clear some space allowing for young prospects to earn some ice next year and allow for Terry to throw some cash at a quality free agent July 1st. Again not saying this is what they'll do but these moves would change the make up of the struggling forward group .

Can someone please tell me why the Sabres need 2 scrubs like Okposo and Bailey? we don't need anymore average players, these guys do nothing for this team.

Better, younger, and cheaper than Stafford. I'd trade Stafford straight up for Okposo. A 1.2 million dollar cap savings in the cap era is smart cap management.
