I'm never surprised by the low level of service with TWC. They always seem to be involved in a pissing match with someone. We can't even get the NFL Network or Redzone Channel. I know they want access to Sunday ticket, but they're not getting it so get over it already.

We switched from TWC to Verizon Fios about six months ago, and it was the best entertainment decision I've made in a LONG time. Absolutely fantastic, and cheaper.

Walked into coffee shop and some awful hippy chick was screeching/singing so we started to walk towards the micro brew when we saw a sign for wine tasting! Apparently she loves wine.

I had FIOs in Maryland....It was light years better than TWC (especially the internet service, which is important since I now work at home.) There is no fiber optic alternative here in RDU, except AT&T's week effort to insert themselves into the market.
