The Islanders trade would work for me with the pick coming back. I don't think the Canes move Larose in a trade like that though. They just resigned him and he is a very good player for them. I like him a lot myself.

I haven't seen much of him, but I would assume not. Torres is a pretty special hitting talent, with his speed and explosive impacts. Bitz is probably just a big dude like Alberts with more edge, slightly better hand and skating.
