Can't wait for the Flyers to get their hands on Lundqvist Sunday.
- PLindbergh31

Maybe the Flyers should just forfeit the game. Save energy for the next game.

Never happen. I don't even remember a Flyers/Rangers game recently where Lundqvist didn't start. Lundqvist had started 32 straight against the Devils prior to last night. I think it would be something similar against the Flyers, unless he missed a game due to injury.

DNFlyers Frank Seravalli
Henrik Lundqvist now has 40 career wins in the shootout, exactly double the entire Flyers franchise (20-38).

I remember that. I was thinking maybe Lundqvist got a game off against the dreadful 56 point team of 2007.

Three best up and coming back-ups, soon to be regular starters for somebody. Pretty crazy how close they are stats wise right now.

31 Tuukka Rask BOS GS=17 W=11 L=5 OT=2 GAA=1.82 SV%=.938 SO=3

32 Cory Schneider VAN GS=17 W=11 L=5 OT=0 GAA=2.28 SV%=.928 SO=2

33 Sergei Bobrovsky PHI GS=16 W=11 L=4 OT=1 GAA=2.42 SV%=.919 SO=0

The Flyers beat him in the biggest shootout of Lundqvist's career. So that has to be considered. I'm sure Lundqvist would give a bunch of his shootout wins to get that one back. He gave up 2 goals on 3 shots.

It sucks that the Bruins were handed Thomas' replacement by the Leafs. Sickening.
