some how ruff got annoited as "GOD" in buffalo and he can not be touched.. i dont get it..

Sabres management never takes proper time to assess talent. Grags comes in for the last game of the year and then a 7 game losing series. He plays above average and we decide he's an NHL starter worthy of a contract. Now were stuck with him.

Then Darcy's deadline trades.

Bernier, Zubrus(the only decent one in recent years), Moore, Torres and Boyes. Seriously. Cant wait.

I can't get mad at the Moore or Boyes one either. Moore was a good pick-up, just got an injury. Boyes helped get us into the playoffs last year. That was very important.

I don't buy it.

I can't get mad at the Moore or Boyes one either. Moore was a good pick-up, just got an injury. Boyes helped get us into the playoffs last year. That was very important.

Miller will never be anywhere near as good as hasek was when he was 40 years old and could not hold his jock strap end of story so who cares how many games he needs to tie.

We could have had a cup betwee 05 - 07 if Darcy would have played his cards right at the deadline, once again doesn't matter. The Bills went 4 yrs in a row and we lost all 4 times means nothing going 4 times in a row, they remember you for winning not losing unless your the Bills.

It makes no sense. What exactly have Ruff and Regier accomplished that keeps them in a job for 15 years? There are guys who have accomplished a hell of a lot more and have been fired for achieveing what Sabres fans would kill for right now - a second round in the playoffs. Pegula needs to stop the hero worship of Ruff and make some tough decisions. Who cares if Ruff gets a job the next day? Good for him. But in Buffalo, its just gotten stale.
