Just stop. Lavi can't make the team score or show up. Not his fault they didn't have a shot for the first 10 minutes of the first or 5+ minutes of the second. Lavi is the last thing wrong with this team. Stop.

Keaton asked first, If he is good to go play him.. I will have my quater on the machine for dibbs
- bigmookalookie

I know he asked but I want other guys to get some games in too. I played him twice this afternoon and we have a total of 4 games against one another already.

Jagr also says he's "not a goal scorer" except he has 650 friggin goals in the NHL

Don't put a future hall of famer out there. Bad idea
- Richieattack18

Being a future hall of famer has nothing to do with it. Especially at his age.

In the shootout?

Read, Voracek, Timonen, Meszaros.

I knew putting Jagr out there wasn't a good idea the moment I saw him out there.

You Stop.

The idea here is that Jagr is a good player, and he knows how to score goals.

Jake would've probably made a pass to the other team instead of scoring in the shootout. No thanks.

Can't remember the game, but he had one chance and hit the post I think. Looked like a great attempt. I'd give him a few more tries before writing him off.

Does Jagr not have a bad groin or is a fully healthy now? Jagr isn't the direction I would have gone in but silly me for thinking that way. After all, he is a future hall of famer.

Good starting point for Bryzgalov. However, he's played plenty of good games this season - the key is to string a bundle together. Even during his mini run earlier in the year, he wasn't necessarily stellar. The time is now.

Whatever you say man. I suppose we should allow him to test that groin a little further in the shootout.

Unless his groin is attached to his hands, I don't see what the problem is.

Team Looked rusty in first half of the game. Bryz let in one goal through regulation in 3 out of 4 starts now. I'd say he's getting back into form but Giroux needs to kick the rust off fast.

I didn't see him try to bang it in off his Richard, so he should be ok. His groin looked ok the rest of the game.

Has Talbot done any commercials yet? He usually makes some classic ones.

The groin is a long way from the heart. I think? I never took anatomy...

Of course. There is no shifting or skating require in a shootout. What was I thinking?

You can shift and skate all you want, but that's not going to get you a goal in the shootout. His hands are what matters.
