Meh.

Sucks AND takes a dumb, lazy penalty. In truth, he fits right in.

And he played another 24 mins.
- hscesq

And play who? That's been the problem the whole time.

People are going to laugh, but I thought St Denis was good enough to play some minutes.

It looked like he was going to bench PK last and put Weber on for one shift and then changed his mind.

Of course he changed his mind. It's (frank)ing Weber!

Gaston Therrien as new coach and Michel Bergeron as new GM.

For the win.

Did I say that he should have played less, or someone else should have played in his stead?

As for St Denis, he was fine, I agree. As for Weber, I mean the guy supposedly has one strength and that's his offensive capabilities, especially on the PP. NOW, I'm laughing.

Defensively he's better than Weber and the PP is dead so why bother?

Point is, it's too late anyway.

Might as well continue with that poop lineup and call it a season.

If by "system" you mean "shoot right into the shin pads of your opponent and try low% passes and fail at it", then yes. It's the system.

Who's job is the PP? Ladouceur or Cunneyworth?

I won't even mention Carriere because he is as useful as youppi!

The Jason Blake special implies that they shoot at the net but right into the goalie's chest.

Something they don't even do.

At least we've got Kaberle for the next 2 years.

It's hard to shoot at the net when they can't even enter the opposing team's zone.

He didn't do anything. He hid on the bench. At 4.5 a year, he needs to bring something to the table.

Eller will never be nothing more then a 3rd line center. Stop expecting more from him.
