I called for support at Bureau en gros because they sold me the wrong ink cardrige (the link on their website points out to the wrong product). The lady on the phone gave me 4 (yes 4) different 1-800 numbers for support.

the first one I used was technical support for networks, the guy gave me a 5th 1-800 number. So I called them, and the (frank)ing answering machine couldn't understand me

machine: Si vous appelez pour du support technique, dites "support technique"

moi: support technique

machine: je n'ai pas compris votre réponse

moi: support technique

machine: pouvez vous répéter

moi: suce moé salle pute.

machine: vous avez bien dit: autre chose

moi: non j'ai dit suce moé, envoye!!

machine: d'accord, je vous transfère.

I just wanted to know if the #82 cartdrige fits on a Designjet 500...that's all! After the guy asked me, the model, serial number, my name, adress phone number I asked him if he wanted to know the color of my underwear. They can't even answer a (frank)ing simple question.
