Habs are the worst. I would love to see a creative choice for GM, someone we haven't heard of but is respected in NHL circles.

Couldn't agrEE more.
However, we unfortunately have a limit selection due to our club rule of hiring francophones 1st.

Kinda like the NFL rule for searching for a coach and they have to interview a black guy.

Have you seen this guy on RDS the other day?

Didn't know that, I'm sure he got the job on merit alone. His idea to trade for Varmalov?

Don't ever doubt the Ciccarellis' desire to win. They've spent a lot of money trying to find the path to the podium.

Their passion has been unfailing, but the returns have been almost non-existent.

Beaulieu's hiring is a natural.

He has been in a winning environment for a number of years. He has head coaching and general manager experience. When he went to Saint John, he took over a second-year expansion team.

His stint with the Sea Dogs ended after three years, a firing Beaulieu didn't expect.

Beaulieu went through some controversial times while in Saint John and he made some controversial moves.

But he moved the team forward and he did it quickly.

There is no doubt that Beaulieu learned by the experience, especially when it came to managerial duties.

Well then, let's go with the loud mouth guy who interviews players during warm ups.

He never had to deal with the cap and didn't work for an NHL team in more than 10 years but who cares? He's perfect!

I will only accept this if he hires Hartley as a coach.

Anybody else really hoping that the Habs go on a solid 4 game stinking streak coming back from the break so we can stop hearing about how it's possible to make the playoffs?

Time to sell already!
