Before judging any of the new acquisitions or young players, I would love to see what they can do with a different head coach.

I think that, with very few exceptions, Ruff kills the production of new players. This is most evident with rookies, who always seem to regress the longer they stick around Ruff.

So long as Ruff and Regier are at the helm, there is no need to even follow this team. Pegula needs to wake up and realize that he royally screwed up by not firing these two hacks the minute he took control of the team.

I just got back from lunch with a source. This should clear things up

Darcy wasnt speaking the same language as the order taker and the deal fell through. The pizza is in the oven burning to a useless crisp while Darcy's family stays hungry and the pizza deteriorates. A lose lose for all parties involved. (R5)

It's up to Pegula to send Lindy packing and I fear that it isn't gonna happen for a while. If Leino's deal was for 3 years as opposed to 6 they would be in a better position to deal him or do a buyout.

I think it's almost unfair to evaluate many of the guys based on the fact that this team just seems to have no cohesion at all.

More than likely, if you were to move any of the guys that are "slumping" to another team, it would be a drastic difference. I don't think it's even so much of a leadership issue. Steve Yzerman couldn't do any better with this group.
