Schenn+1st would get it done. But that package, you could use to get someone better.

Stasnty i think, would fit really well in toronto's system. if we could change anything i would rather keep schenn and through in one of our other young D like gardner, but at least we save a lot of cap.

jackets according to dreger want a first round pick and a forward that can play now, so all ive said is if ur the leafs u offer up the first round pick and grabo, if jackets want grabo they will likely want to re-sighn him before the trade, if he dosen't sighn then there is no trade.

Schenn, Grabovski, 1st and Komisarek is something you offer for a guy like Getzlaf.

lol, we get a second too, but that's the going rate i think on a first line center, Think of it as Gardiner, + player who won't be around next year anyway+ 1st for a first line center and some cap space. I'm not sure if Colorado would even bite to tell you the truth. A lot of teams lock up their stars and never let go..... hence Grabo being the best UFA center this year.

Statsny is a pretty good player and I think you would have to have Schenn or Gardiner in there - I was hoping that when it was first reporting that Cammy got traded that it was to COL for Statsny

Statsny is putting up decent numbers with a rather weak forward group and they are sitting in a playoff spot at last check

He would be perfect for Kessel and Lupul - not Carter

i said connolly + for carter u obviously dont understand the there are true #1 centers in this league and filler #1 centers which on a proper team are therefor a #2 so what im saying is if carter wants out aka asking for a trade it diminishes his value.

Plus he's been bounced around on multiple lines, Colorado has good centers and Duchene is their future so Statsny has seen a lot of second line. last summer his dad blasted the team and its management too. we could probably work Kulie in if we wanted to keed schenn
