Good for thomas! He's not happy with economy in the u.s. and would rather snub the president than have lunch with him, then good for him. RC, your so quick to judge Thomas on his "lack of honor" but take into account that he's from Michigan, which has been hit the hardest during this American recession and maybe thomas has first hand ,through the people he knows and cares about ,seen the devasting collapse of jobs and housing market. Maybe he didn't go so he could make a statement of honor to the ones who are truly his family. Or maybe he didn't want to pump the presidents tires.
