Would have been nice to get the healthy Versteeg last year.

The guy is menace on the ice, he doesn't stop. I thought he was the best player on the ice last night.

Shows you how injuries can effect a player.

Maybe people should think about this when they rip JVR.

Think? Who does that?

Franchise leader in Reg Season and playoff victories. Vezina, Conn Smythe, 2 trips to the finals, 2 goals. Nuff said.

Yea the Vezina and Conn Smythe were in one season where he was great. What he do after that? I loved Hextall too but. The second Cup run was on the back of Lindros where Hextall shared time with Garth (frank)ing Snow. When he left Philly he didnt do jack. He has all those wins because he hung around the longest. Bernie and Pelle both had their careers cut way short otherwise they'd be ahead of him.

Hextall only played in the NHL for 13 seasons. It's not as if he stuck around forever. An argument could be made that his career as well was cut short due to injuries. He practically missed an entire season because of groin issues. He also put an Isles team on his back to just make the playoffs in 93-94.

Think of it this way, Mike Richter, who's in the US Hockey Hall of Fame has only 5 more wins than Hextall and he played in 58 more games.

Okay and this all started because the biggest troll in here said he'd take hextall as his all time favorite Flyer when he rips Bryzgalov constantly who is basically a modern day version of him. Hextall took the islanders to the playoffs in 94 yea and Bryzgalov took the crappy coyotes to the playoffs twice. If Bryzgalov hangs around for 13 years he'll have more wins. this wasn't all about wins, go back to the beginnig of the conversation that you hijacked Furthermore if Bernie or Pelle played longer than they did theyd be ahead of Hextall, in fact we never would have heard of Hextall if not for Pelle's accident

Not hijacking anything. Just pointing out the facts. Last I checked you were the one that stated he had one good year. I simply disagreed with that statement and and laid out the facts that it was more than one good year.

Thanks, I now know not to read anything you say since I don't want to hijack anything.

I didn't say he was good for one year, I said he was a monster for one year if we're gonna point out facts at least get what I said right.
