I am as big a Bryz supporter as I am a Flyers fan.

But damn! Not a single save in the shootout all season?

Yet you are paid like the one of the best at your position?

I expect alittle more.

And patsies win it on a missed cheapshot of a FG....

I HATE NEW ENGLAND *sorry to all flyers fans who live in that area*

- Yosimar89

That just took me away from watching the Super Bowl. I (frank)ing hate NE.

With all the injuries, they played well today. Deserved to win for the most part.

Say what you will, in my books Bryz let them down.

You want him to do well, (frank) im sure everyone does.

As soon as the overtime ended you knew the Flyers had zero chance having to rely on Bryz. It shouldnt be like that.

- flyer_nutter

No doubt! The weakest part of this team today was the goalie.

flyers played a great game today. sucks they couldn't hold the lead after they worked so hard to get it.
- hammarby31

THat first period killed us and it wasn't even our fault. I think the refs noticed their own mistakes and might have had a hand in keeping us in. We were good today.

Did you see the look Giroux gave to Thomas after the goal?
- Conflict076

Well Thomas stuck out his stick unnecessarily and caught Giroux. So, it wasn't just a gotcha look.

Seriously. That looked like a high school kid kicking a FG who never tried before. Thats a disgrace. They shouldnt even let him on the plane ride home. Take a cab back to Balty Cundiff.

I'd like to point out Bryz held his own against the Best goalie in the league, they both had 5 goals against and one against our guy came off a non call penalty. Oh and I believe we had to go to war with two ahl call ups against the defending Champs.
- JoeRussomanno

They played a hell of a game. Thats why it hurts to lose this one.

I will say this however. The Bruins had a poop load of breakdowns and coverage mistakes. Thomas bailed them out a bunch of times.

The Flyers I would say did not get the same on their end. Or anywhere close to it.

At the end of the day, the team would more than likely have a very similar if not the same winning record with a Boucher and Bobrovsky tandem. That is horrific.

The Bruins with Thomas gave up leads too. I'm sorry but the five goals against Thomas are worse than the five goals against our guy when like I said they got jipped on a non call.

I don't think there is anything in the rules against switching goaltenders going into a shootout. There was no need to put Simmonds in. The Coach knew what he was getting into.

This team is a work in progress. The rookies will continue to gain experience and get better. I think Schenn is finding a good grove. Homer will pick a veteran D before the deadline, they could have easily folded tent after the 1st period, but fought hard, I'm proud of them.

The physical game they played today was fun to watch.

Sestito hit chara at every chance that was available.

The Flyers need help on D.

Sorry dude but you're now grasping at straws...

2.02 GAA and .936 SV%

also he's only been scored once in the shootout this season, while the other is at the bottom of the league in the major stats on a team that's on pace for 100+ points.

Guess what so did our team and our guy had more saves. I hate to female dog about the refs but they missed a big interference call. Otherwise its 5-4 Flyers win.

Bryz looks like a AHL goalie.
(frank)ing sad that the goalie position that cost them Richards or Carter or Leino ... is going to be the Dieptro for the next 8 years

refs were horrid in the first, credit the flyers with their lineup to battle back and even get this to OT. they had plenty of chances on the pp late but squandered them. very frustrating to "lose" in the SO. it's so (frank)ing infuriating.

i agree that boston was horrid in blowing an early lead and giving up 5 in the process to our lineup.

the worst part is that they scored 5 (frank)ing goals on thomas and still didn't win. 5.
