Also why doesn't the Flyers organization, just says hands off on media attention towards Bryz.

All part of the game Mookster. Every team is dealing with it.

Yes, concussions are a League wide issue, and many teams are dealing with it. Whose fault do you think it is that the Flyers have had so many players get a concussion?

True I look at every other team and they have Their best Dman on IR and might never play again and have loads of concussions to deal with If boston had this kind of injury luck they would not be doing as well

Is there some sorta rule saying they can't? The Flyers media has to be the worst in hockey.

honest question: what exactly are you getting at with this? you bring it up pretty often but i cant tell if you're alluding to some problem with the medical staff or bad luck or something else im missing....

Well for one, if Briere was concussed, how did he play nearly 19 minutes, including a regular shift in the third period? Did he bang his head on something after the game?

That's not how I read it. I read it as Briere's makes 6 concussions and then Sarah Baicker makes the point to say that Couterier's previous injury was not a concussion.

They tried to limit Bryzgalov's availability earlier in the season and the PPHWA cried like babies.

He might have developed symptoms after the fact. If the player doesn't report anything, the trainer can't do much.

This was posted just a few pages back.

Dave Isaac says Briere was hit twice and then punched by Elias in the closing seconds

I wonder if it's possible that a couple of hits and a punch to the head compounded into a concussion over the course of the game.

No, it was probably Shelley punching Briere on the bench to practice.

Developed symptoms from the time the game ended until the time the team met the media? Seems unlikely to me. But what do I know. Who cares really. It is what is.
