he was out there with briere and voracek forthe goal against

Laviolette constantly uses fourth line players immediately after getting a 2 goal lead, and he gets burned every time. It has to stop.

Schenn, Couts and Giroux
vs
Kreci, Bergeron, Kelly and Campbell

Flyers young centers will have their hands full.

The going price for 20 goal scoring wingers seems to be set at a 4th round pick and minor league defenseman. I expect Holmgren to land one before the game tomorrow.

If it's going to be someone like Ponikarovsky, no thanks.

I'm ever optimistic, but tomorrow has slaughter written all over it. That said the Flyers have typically been great the past few years when their backs are against the wall.
- Flyers1218

I think you are kidding right? Flyers lost 6-0 last time at home against the Bruins. Tomorrow is about showing pride and guts.

He is the future replacement for Parise for the Devils, after Parise leaves this year.

I'm very interested in hearing the details on the Briere concussion. Something isn't right here.

I'm not going to be looking at it as the Flyers don't have a chance. Play a team game and see what happens.
- MJL

Personally, I think the Flyers have the same chance at winning tomorrow as they did today. I'm not knocking Briere but he's not putting up the points in bunches and he's not known for his defensive game. Jagr hasn't exactly been ripping it up lately either. Guys like Hartnell, Simmonds, Read and Couturier have been the difference makers as of late. I'm noticing Voracek's speed and Talbot's effort. I'm going to say that the little talking to that Laviolette had with Giroux helped a bit. He looked far more relaxed today and wasn't trying to create something out of nothing. In fact, I'll even go as far as saying Schenn and Giroux looked good together 5 on 5.

7 different players with concussion in half a season is an absolute (frank)ing joke.

It's getting really old.

I thought Schenn bounced back with a decent game today, as you say.

We'll see if Rinaldo can go, it might be 3. They also said Couturier suffered a head injury but is not concussed. But we know how that goes.

I'm sure it's a team wide issue of having soft skulls.

He got blasted in the head with a slap shot, and lost partial hearing. Close enough

Maybe they can work on that. Do some skull stengthening exercises or something.

I think they were talking about all the players with concussions and just said Couturier had a head injury but not concussion
