That was a microcosm of Briere's entire season there behind the net when Voracek was coming around. Briere just looked like a passenger.

Have to start winning some battles. Need to start moving their feet, looks like they have cement boots on.

And the Flyers are playing defensive-minded hockey too.

I don't know about flopped.

He took an elbow to the head. However, you can also say Read "flopped." When you get elbowed in the head, I don't know if you can call that a flop. Especially with the helmet, because sometimes it hits like a sensitive part like the ear and it hurts.

However, what do you guys think of Taormina and Kovalchuk? Some Devils fans are just.

he clearly flopped, he got touched and fell like he was shot out of a cannon. major dive on his part

Like I said, the elbow hit him in the ear. You never know. It could've ringed in his ear, can't really call that a "flop." There's times goalies flop, but there's times they don't. Anything to the head, especially because it was unexpected, you never know what could've happened.

As I said earlier, Briere was pissed about getting knocked on his ass, and tried to get away with a little shot to Broduer's head. In real time it looked quite obvious. I was watching Briere because he tends to snap when something like that happens to him.

It was pretty much the only time he looked interested this whole game.

He is stupid, blind, and deaf. The deaf part came when we had a goal against Pittsburgh where the puck clearly hit the back of the net before the whistle blew, but Chico heard otherwise.

Both teams are aggressively forechecking. I am really surprised.

Both teams haven't made that many mistakes on their breakout and each team is doing very well winning the defensive battles in their own zone as well as not giving the other team anything in the defensive zone.
