Stickhandling is much better, too. He definitely put in the work in the summer.

In the shootout a shooter has a lot more time to think about what he wants to do, and can be much more patient than in a breakaway.


Also Bob seems to be A LOT more aggresive/cut down the angle in a breakaway than in the shootout.

definitely, but i think the thought process from both the shooter's and goalie's point of view is different.

The amount of odd man rushes allowed is embarrassing.

Win or lose, Bob is really making a strong case tonight, regardless of where the Islanders are in the standings.
