6'3 235 lb scoring wingers don't grow on trees and we trade him for Recchi lol let alone Desjardins.. Yep good trade - glad we won the cup in 97 and 98 with Recchi leading...

I know but he saod he liked Recchi deal and no one said it was bad then. I did right off the bat plus Roy trade was worse, the second it happened u knew it.

must be it. because he was the exact same player in mtl that he was in philly. also recchi sucked in Mtl.
No one thought mtl gave up too much at the time for a guy coming off back to back 100 point seasons. Leclair in Mtl was like Lattendrese, a disapointment. He became a totally diffrent guy playing with Lindros from game 1.
