I don't think you're way off by any means but then try to way the costs of not having bilingual services in certain situations...might not be as crippling but could be substantial none the less.

... well I was embarassingly off on the actual numbers.

to be honest, I had zero idea of how big the national debt was. I would have guessed 100 billion.

I think the point of the Fraser institute study was to try to determine if bilingualism could be done cost-effectively beyond basic services and education. Presumably, their point was that a lot of it could be scrapped?

Wasn't it 2 years ago that both St-Louis and Stamkos were at the top of the league in points but Tampa missed the playoffs?


Edit: they were ranked 5 and 6 in pts.
