You'd be miserable if the habs missed the playoffs for a couple of years. What you're talking about is an even worse team than you're seeing now. What you're proposing would require trading Price, because he's good enough to stop you from getting a real good lottery pick.

Yup, but the promise of a well built team, with a future, sure seems much better than the retool garbage we have seen in the last 20 years. It all ended the same, badly, time to do it right for once.
