Player gets hurt not wearing a helmet in warm-ups. Should helmets be mandatory in warm-ups?

Player breaks leg racing for an iceing call. Fighting should it stay or go?

I've thought for a few years now that good helmets(none of these poopty 50 money SportMart ones guys love), visors and mouth guards should be mandatory.

The real question on the second one is, how does fighting affect the puck over the glass rule.

Well he is Holy and a GM, so I can't argue with him. But seriously Weber can be considered a top 3 best d-men, Phaneuf outside of his first 2 season hasn't shown his anything special.

Ah love that rule, does nothing but cause teams to lose, great idea and the trapazoid. And yes a good helmet is key.
