Only one was? Did not show his feet on the replay and I was wondering why it was ruled an incomplete pass when he clearly had control of the ball

Is it me or was that ravens receiver very close to a touchdown? He clearly had control of the ball in the endzone before it was knocked out, was it because both his feet were not down?
