also, isnt medicaid supposed to cover whatever the same treatment would have cost in canada? does that mean the hospital charged her $550k MORE than it would have cost in Canada for the same treatment? she was only there for 10 days

+/- directly reflects how a D-Man is playing in his own end so does PIM... Subban has 51 again this year... so on pace for under 100 still almost 50 penalties? very undisciplined player.

Schenn's rookie season he had 71 PIM he was a -12(only on the ice for four more goals)and is known to be a physical player but does it in a disciplined manner and every year since his +/- has improved from the -12 and his PIM have been low and every season his points have increased.

Subban taking a step back in his development Schenn has developed every season into a bit better of a player on both sides of the puck. Not a lot.. just a bit.

I don't think that's the case, it depends on the province and type of accident. Usually when out of the country you need insurance.
