I know, I know, there are a lot of rumours floating out there right now. But when TSN 990's Tony Marinaro says Subban is being shopped, you have to believe there is more than just smoke to this rumour.

The caveat, for me, is that if Subban is being shopped it can only be for an elite player. And I mean elite. I'm not talking Tomas Plekanec, I'm talking Ryan Getzlaf. I'm not talking Josh Gorges, I'm talking Shea Weber.

Why bother. |

I NEED AN ADVICE FOR MY VIRTUAL LEAGUE
We're currently in 2004-2005 (We're having a season even though there's a lockout). I'm in rebuilding mode.
Here's a trade proposal I just received:
TO me: Shawn Horcoff, BOS Rdn 2 2006 and CHI Rdn 5 2005
TO him: Wade Redden and BOS Rdn 3 2007
We have 10 teams in the league, so a 2nd rounder is a pick between 11 and 20.
We have a trade deadline meeting tomorrow and I don't know if I should wait or pull the trigger right now because I couldn't get more. - _nay_

The only way you do the deal, is if he signs long term. Give him 8ish per. Markov is (frank)ed, so there's 5.5, and what they were going to pay Subban next year, would easily make up the difference. |

WHAT? 9 MILLION? - DTF69
Well, in Montreal.
1st: he wouldn't want to play here
2nd: taxes, so the Habs would have to overpay |

That might be a little steep, I still have faith in Pleky (also a jersey), he hasen't been great this year, but look who he has had to play with.
Picks for sure. |
