He can list 8 teams he won't accept when asked to waive his NTC. He's had the clause since signing his last deal. Pommer has the same clause.

Like John Elway, if this is at all true, Colorado might be the farthest West Miller can go because CA's teams might not need him. On the other hand Avalanche only has Jean-Sebastien Giguere and Semyon Varlamov on their roster right now.
