Goalies don't typically track the puck with their hands.

They square up and get the angle. Regardless of what he was doing, Turris would have taken out his left leg.

That's a hard save to make when your movement is hindered.

If he's afraid/nervous than he shouldn't be playing....

In Reimers Defense he was square to where the puck was and then Turris came into the net and like a millesecond later the puck was shot and he couldn't resquare himself in time.

The only explanation is that they're trying to showcase Aulie.

He's our 6-7th best defenseman, and he performs well for that role. But why he gets top pairing minutes against top opponents is beyond me.

Many other d-men have earned that spot ahead of him.
