Yeah looks that way. Looking at the list in general, there wasn't very many guys in that draft year that were all that great to begin with.

Two "first ballot" HHOFers in Jagr and Brodeur.

Any of Tkachuk, Weight and Hatcher may get in with a US discount (really doubt Hatcher, but still...).

Nolan, Nedved, Primeau, Ricci, Sydor, Smolinski, Zubov, Lang and Bondra were all very good hockey players.

Drake Berehowsky was a bust.

...for one, who is replacing Mac on the 2nd line, Crabb!? and also, if you list the possible players for 3rd line: Kadri, Connolly, Crabb, Lombo...they will want more vets and grit for tonights game. Not a horrible idea for Kadri to sit back and take the game in from up top.

Also, we dont know that this isnt all due to a trade in the works.....but if its not, its not a big deal Kadri is sat for this game. Ott has a few grittier guys in the lineup, no need to get Kadri hurt.
