They are though ...Kadri is a bust, Schenn is overrated and Lombardi was never good in the first place - broadstreet11
Kadri is NOWHERE near a bust. Is this your first year watching hockey?
Lombardi use to be good..long before he was a leaf....but he currently provides nothing.

Please explain any possible benefit to signing Lebda... and no you can't use the miracle that was the cap dump trade to Nashville. Lebda stunk period.
Beauchemin was a great signing on paper... but he wasn't ever really capable of being a top two guy. Again great trade resulted.
Komisarek was a vastly overpriced signing on paper... and despite people believing he's been somewhat better (meaning not quite as bad more recently) he continues to handle the puck like a hand grenade and I would love to see the statistics that support his improving the penalty kill. He may be a great guy in the room (as Wilson always says) but his contract is an anchor, and when he's on the ice there simply is no transition game. He passes the puck harder than he shoots.
Connolly.. .jury's out but suffice to say he isn't "ripping it up". He seems to be turning into the same lazy player he was in Buffalo. Ever since Bozak went down Connolly has disappeared... any coincidence....???
Hey and that great penalty killer extraordinaire! - Phillipe Dupuis... you have to got to believe that if Tim Brent, Boyce or Crabb deserved that money ahead of Dupuis. - BorjeFan4Ever

Agreed. That's why I believe he's isn't going anywhere. No way a GM has had proper NHL time to evaluate him and send something back worthwhile. - honesthockey
yeah, good point.. if he was moved it would only be to augment a deal for a true superstar (staal, getzlaf, etc)
if burke isnt hearing a name like that.. kadri stays put

What are we proving here? That Gunnar made a bad Switch after Schenn went to his side to fill a passing lane?
sorry dude, but that's Gunnar's fault, not Schenn's.
- Big_Lightnin
Schenn was standing in the crease, watching the play. He had no idea Pominville was behind him. Yet he wasn't challenging the puck carrier. Sorry, but that's on Schenn. I have no idea what he was doing. No wait, I do. He was watching the play, doing nothing.
Komi's soft ass play on the first terrible goal behind the net is equally demoralizing.
All 3 goals a direct result of Komi's bad pass, soft play, and poor skating ability
Komi sits sir, and this is why - Big_Lightnin
1s goal: I don't hate the pass. I hate the lazy line-change without looking at what is happening.
2nd goal: The guy curled back. Not on Komi.
3rd goal: Goat horns shared by Komi and Phaneuf. Dion has got to cover the right side. And if I was wearing Leafs glasses, I'd say that the ref should have called interference on that - you can't tie up a d-man at the blue line to let another guy walk in on a scoring opportunity.
But what the hell, let's just agree Komi and Schenn should sit.
