I get why he signed Connolly, best available option at the time - and thank god its only for 2 years.
Here's a question that's really CAP related... given where the team is right now... and with needing to sign/acquire a number one center some how... would Burke be better off with Connolly's salary on the books - or off?

So Dupuis gets to play in what 35 consecutive games without a point, a sniff etc.
Lombardi skates really fast so he's has to be in the lineup. And the kid with arguably the best hands on the team sits. Makes sense to me. |
