As far as Kennedy being a fluke last year, it was the first year he played over 70 games (he hit 80) and he had 7 PPGs. He has not had nearly as much PP ice time so far (you can argue Neals 11 PPGs cut into Kennedys, not that you would put Kennedy over Neal) and would be having a lot better year if we had 3 centers healthy. I still think $2 million is a bargain. No he's not having the year you would hope, but he will get a few more bounces here soon.

i agree. while it would be nice to see him score a little more, he is a streaky player and a decent stretch could put his numbers right where people expect. he is also seeing much less time on the power play and the injuries to the centers definitely is a hindrance to his numbers. If he would have gotten 3 plus it would be looking worse, but 2 million doesnt buy a whole much more, especially when he has the potential for more

I have no issues at all with Kennedy's contract. It was the right thing to do. He will come around. The situation this year has done him no favors, not to mention he himself has missed time.

I'd like more production, but with the injuries he and the team have had to deal with I can understand the lack of consistancy that has occurred.

I see signs of him finding his groove again.

He has been more visible and more engaged lately. That shows me that he is more involved.

Nothing like catching up on homework during an afternoon hockey game.

seems like hes under too much pressure now. teams injuries has bumped him up to a 1st/2nd line winger and people are expecting too much out of him

Put a camera in the crossbar to take all questions out of these type of calls.

like a camera they use on the macbooks, super small...one directly under the crossbar to check if it crossed the line, and one facing out for highsticks

Exactly. Doesn't have to be HD just enough to see to make the calls.

This game seems like it is taking forever. Not sure why it feels that way but it does.

Hey Steiggy and Errey, you're f***ing morons for saying this game was over with 19 minutes left. I don't care what the score is.

If Neal wants to go 20 games on, 6 games off I'll be fine with that. When he's feeling it this is a different team.

If I had Shanahan power you would be banned for a few days. Especially now. . .

Our back checking has been good this game.
