I know so. If he's unsigned going into the off season, he won't have to tell anyone he wants out. Everyone will already know. But Nashville will still control his rights. Teams competing with each other sets what value you can get for a player, not whether he wants to be traded or not.

Now let's do what needs to be done to look deeper. Let's look at the goals scored when Carle is on the ice, and see what goals he was responsible for. Where he made a coverage mistake, or a turnover, leading to a goal.

I do feel bad for the guy. He wants to win. He's been a pretty good team guy with taking the bench in stride.

The defense isn't as tight as it was in Phx. I also don't see him challenging shooters like he did in the past. Nabakov did a good job challenging shooters the last time we played the Islanders.

Looked to me like ellis tried to deliver a check by going at Simmonds hip. Marchand's hit was going for the knees and if im not mistaken caused an injury. .

It was closer to mid-thigh, but it was a good open ice hit.

Whatever, I don't care. You don't have to do goals for the Flyers. You said he's having a good offensive year, but is playing poorly defensively. So only need to look at goals against.

The only "growing pains" I may remember Couturier having was when he was thrust into the 1st line center role when Giroux was concussed. Outside of that, when he's been in the role he's asked to fulfill, I'm not sure he's really been down at all this season. That's one of the things about him so far that's the most amazing IMO.

I agree and Couturiere has never looked out of place wherever they put him, Schenn has had a few moments buy has looked out of place for the most part, that is in my opinion only.
