Burke makes major trades all the time. From Kaberle, to Phaneuf, to Kessel...no reason to think he wont again.

I dont think anyone realisticly expects any of the Anahiem trio, but most fans should expect a pretty big trade. It will probably be a trade nobody sees coming, like Versteeg, Beauch or Phaneuf deals.

I don't think giving up our future for a top line player at this point will improve the team.

As seen with many teams this year....not having depth can sink you.

You're such a tool. You know you're reaching when you're pulling out arguments from 3yrs ago - what have you done for me lately. RW did his job....there was a need...he addressed it...and fixed it....our PK has drastically improved over the past 8 games.

And our PP is still top 5 in the league.

I agree he does....but not this year. Usually you see GMs pull those kinds of deals off to put themselves into SC contention. We're still a couple years away from that imo.

He'll trade young talent for young talent.

And in terms of playoffs....this team is good enough to make the playoffs this year....and they will.
