toro tartar followed by black cod in a white miso suace.
on the side will be steamed asparagus with a yuzu and organic soya sauce hollandaise.

Glad you're here. You have a good whole duck recipe? I'm making it tomorrow, I want to roast it.

Put the duck in a roaster along with a rock. Season them both and roast for 3 hours or until done. Remove the duck from the roaster and throw it in the (frank)ing garbage , then eat the rock...

I grew up on weiners and beans. (frank) it's great...I'd prefer the molasses beans opposed to the ones in tomato sauce.

Molasses and pork beans FTW!!!!!!! Youre right tomato sauce beans are gross. You know ken its best that you eat them on a night that the missus is feeling randy. Nothing breaks a mood like baked beans.

Nice. I cooked up a load of moose stew just a few days ago. Ate some, froze some, i may or may not of put a half bottle of wine and a beer in it.

I don't really have to quit the road construction one yet, it's seasonal for the most part. Let's say I get a long weekend and it snows... I could switch over and run bobcat for a few days. More annoying T4s I have to track down from Alberta to Ontario though.

I cooked up a feed of these for a few mainlander friends of mine who wanted to try them. Was quite a few years ago, but they loved them, i chose beer instead.
