You have to want to quit shiner, I smoke once or twice a year usually when I'm on holidays. When I get home I quit, you can't let that poop control you.

it's because your mind has been trained to think that way. read Allen Carr's book "easy way to quit smoking" no gimmicks or tricks and it works. isn't champix really bad for you ?

Yeah that part really scares me, forget the chemicals from tobacco ive inhaled 20+ years, im worried about the cure killling me.

Just stop. I smoked for 18 years and decided one day enough was enough, didn't smoke at all for a few years and then became a social smoker. I'd smoke once or twice a month. You're too smart of a guy to allow something so simple to control you.

I do to, I find it hardest when i'm drinking. But everything in moderation is fine, if you can cut out the useless times, there's nothing worng with the occasional cig.

Negative. It was a legit white guy cigarette. Out of a real pack of smokes, not one of the milk bags of injun smokes.

keep it basic for your first time , the thing with whole duck is if you want med rare breast you need to remove the breast off the bone once it's reached 130-135 degrees and let it rest 5-7 minutes before cutting into into it or you'll lose all the blood. put the frest of the duck in the oven until it reaches 190.

I gotta say, a good cold beer or the late sip of cognac are far more enjoyable for me.
