they had this lame indodor set with green carpet and a white fence to make it look like it was outdoors.

I don't mind bud, i just don't think he is a logical choice, yet i have no to propose. I really would like to see Scotty as our GM and Big bird on the coaching staff. As for Hamilton, i really would like to see Groulx and Gingras to work with the kids.

Larry would be awesome!

Bu Scotty as GM? Why?

I feel bad for the guy. He's gonna end up learning French and not get the job because there wasn't a marked improvement.

honestly, despite what that Richard Asp says, for a guy who is in the situation he's in... I think we can't expect much more....

Scotty was coach. He's never had any success as a GM. The whole reason he left Mtl was because they wouldn't make him GM.

Watch what you wish for. Having Scotty means you have McGuire. I like Gingras. My son has him every Tuesday.

Besides...Scotty is an advisor to his son...you really think he's gonna leave that gig?

This Scotty talk is pointless...

Scotty is not going anywhere. He is happy in Florida helping out his son.

i would like to have a GM with a lot of charisma (prestance), someone that you can't bullpoop in a trade. And as a coach, he really was into the drafting process. he is a winner and a great hockey mind. As a non-factor, he has a great success history with the team.

I have no problem with the fact Mtl needs a bilingual coach.

Didn't Ruff sign another (frank)ing extension? Something like 7 years? At what point do they decide a new direction is needed and try a new coach?

Also, hi boys.

Yeah Buffalo was not great for him. We have to stop looking at retreads and try getting an up and comer. Bowman has no interest in leaving and coming back. He would be retired if he were not helping his son.

That's why i didn't propose anyone...he was in a loose-loose position when he was given the job and he is making the best out of it. When i really like though, is that he adapts during the game, and give more ice-time to his best players, not just the vets.

If I was to say the Habs need a "French Component" I would say that they need more french players...since as fans don't we associate with the players more than the coach?

I would give more merit to that argument (more french players) than this one (french coach)

NOTE: I give neither argument much merit...
