I just hope they don't wait for the dead line to make some other trades.

Missed the game last night. Did Gomez really get the Cammy treatment?

I just hope they wait until the value is highest before making trades.
Gill -> 3rd rounder
Campoli -> 5th?
Moen - 2nd
AK - 2nd and a prospect
Kaberle - Less than Spacek gets...

I swear I almost jumped on the ice when he started their first power play. I'm thinking this is Cunneyworth giving him a game or two to show something.

I think they'll sign AK, but the rest seems okay.

I am actually surprised that he doesn't get booed everytime he gets on the ice. Actually, he should get a standing O everytime he skates off the ice.

I'm curious to see what Bourque is going to do tonight. It will be nice to see a bit more size in the top six.

Campoli, on a team that didnt blow and could insulate him, wouldn't be nearly as bad.

Gill is gill. Someone will take him.

a team that doesn't blow probably doesn't blow because they don't have guys like Campoli.

Agreed, but Blunden or White could eventually do the same job for half the price.
A 2nd round pick is quite interesting to get, instead of to give away as usual...

Moen last year was just fine. Moen the first year they tried to make into atough guy. He's a defensive forward with some grit. not a fighter in any weight class...

Also, why would he come back?

neither are his size (blunden is a string bean) and both suck defensively.

The first year he arrived at the camp out of shape, he didn't hit and was slow as hell, this year he said he was in the best shape of his life and it translated on the ice. Just paying attention to the fact he is in his contract year...like the guy but yeah, if we trade him i don't see why he would come back to Montreal next season
