JvR's potential is very high. I honestly dont know where to start with his production. This year is his first real chance at being a main guy for this team and its obvious his injury is holding him back. I dont think he is having a terrible season but its not what people expected.

His contract will obvious sky rocket after this season. I think Homer needs to decide if there is a better way to get his defenseman first before trading JvR.

Morrow buried Kopitar. Richards dropped the gloves, but didn't take his shield off--which is an extra instigator, and game misconduct.

Yeah, it was a "clean hit" but also the type of hit that shows a lack of respect for another player. His head went awkwardly in to the boards and that was the real source of the injury.

That was just hockey I guess.

The hit didnt look dirty to me. Once your teammate gets leveled like that you really have no choice but to stick up for him. Morrow absolutely crushed Kopitar with that hit.

I'm not so sure this time. I have been banging the lack of respect thing all season, but Kopy had the puck there I believe. It wasn't late afai could see. Kopy just went flying out of control. That was as solid a hit as they come. I think I'm okay with it.
