trades will heat up late next week, there are meetings in Vegas.
Should be interesting.
Speaking of trades, I know I'm not right in the head but I think the Habs win that trade. clears about $2.5m in cap space, they get bigger and Bork has scored 67 goals the last 2+ season while Cameltoe has scored 54. plus they get a 2nd rounder.
The Habs weren't going anywhere this year anyway - Buts16
Even that Holland kid is putting up top 10 WHL numbers this year. Who knows where he goes too.

I don't think the Cammy trade helped them or hurt them. Well, it helped because they gained a second round pick.
I don't understand why they didn't try and blow things up. Bork isn't putting them over the top.
With Price and PK, that is a great starting point.
Make a few trades with a few of the actual commodities that they have and they could be on the rebound in a season or so.
Get younger and gather some prospects and picks and do a quick rebuild.

lol @ bork, but yeah. i tend to agree. that 2nd will probably be high, too. could work for both sides, but bourque and cammy have scored at the same rate in the reg season the last few years and bourque is half the price. |

I've taken lilja with a grain of salt this year. He scares the poop out of me Bc it seems lava isn't hiding him as well as he could - Just5
Laviolette doesn't need to hide him. Lilja has played 30 games, and has been a minus player in only 8 out of those 30 games. |

Agreed. I only posted it though cause Ryan Miller is obviously a great goalie, but his stats are pretty similar to Bryz's right now. Miller does get crapped on by the fans there a great deal. |

Lundqvist has eyes like Bryz's Husky, I think it haunts Bryz as night. |

Even he has his stretches during the season. But yeah, he's easily the most consistent goalie year-to-year. |

I was at the Flyers game in Buffalo when he got pulled and crowd cheered, Miller was pissed off and gave them the waive.
Yet it's only the Flyers fan base that gets ripped, funny stuff.
Cue the Bryz ++ for Miller ++ deal in 4,3,2,1...................... |
