ouais...mais qui sont ces autres DG? Des équipes de l'est qui auraient donné un choix de 4e ronde? On sait pas...je trouve ça un peu ridicule. Pierre Lebrun devrait se fermer la yeule
- stinger67

exactly. do you really want to trade a guy like that to Toronto, Boston or Ottawa so he can show up here 3 times a year and score 2 goals per?

(frank) that.

It's a trade that addresses several needs for the habs.

for all the poopting we do on gauthier we have to hand it to him if he does something that looks decent.

While I have no problem with PK doing it when he's attacked for no reason, and by guys who will clearly kick his ass, we're talking about a Boston player defending a teammate who was illegally hit (and yes, it was an illegal hit), and not even in the top 3 of Boston's tough guys. Even Lapierre knew when to stop turtling.

As far as being patient with PK, I'm all for it. But someone in that dressing room needs to step on his toes and let him know where the line is at some point. Where's all this great leadership that we supposedly have? Where are Gill and Gionta's great leadership skills when they are really needed?

- kev1586

huh? I only saw highlights, but are we talking about the same play?

More irritated by the fact that every time a Boston player gets hit, they immediately try to fight. Neanderthals.

There's always 1 guy coming out after a trade saying "if I knew player x was available, I would have made an offer"
- Pecafan Fan

How could a GM be surprised Cammi was available? And you know what? If you like a guy on a team that's struggling, how do you not pick up the phone to ask about him?
Such BS. It's probably not even an actual GM, It's just Sean pretending to be one and not telling his wife.

He elbowed a Boston player then watched them take a penalty trying to get him for it. What's wrong with that? I get that it goes against the antiquated sense of "honour" or "chivalry" that hockey people are for some reason obsessed with, but it doesn't bother me.

They got bigger and I like that. Pacioretty, Cole, Bourque, AK, and Blunden. Nice size up front.

I am not sure. I saw a highlight of a hit by PK and it didn't seem bad to me. Ference made the whole thing look worse by going monkey poop afterwards.

Ok, the fact that he's never had a significant injury means he'll have to retire in 1 year right? Doan is a machine. Also Montreal would never get him anyways so it's moot.

It's clearly an elbow, maybe he won't get suspended, but I think he deserved to get jumped. On the other hand he was jumped from behind and had no chance to fight back.
