I'm going to get called a homer and I don't really care, Dion has been one of my favourite current defense man since he was in Calgary.

Burns has had a whopping 2 big point seasons (like dion, but dion had better big seasons), and Phaneuf is out pointing him this year. He is 2 points off webers pace, He trumps the poop out of Karlesson in the d-zone and physicality dept. Keith has yet to duplicate his cup season which made him the all star everyone sees now.

In the end your basing a decision on him not making team Canada 2 years ago... thats faulty logic to say the least.
