No, he didn`t make it up but he had no problem posting it after his team got their butts handed to them last night. Never, never does he have anything constructive to say about the Leafs, every blog about them is tainted with haterade. I am not saying that the Leafs are always praiseworthy but some of his blogs if posted by readers would be banworthy IMO.

I know, but I have a sick wife and a job. And given this blog, what else could it be?

My laptop is (frank)ed up right now, I`m too lazy to figure out how to fix it.

Looking at the list, I highly doubt if it was a player poll, to me it looks more like a list of highest paid player's who's production doesn't match the salary. Problem is a d-man playing 25 plus minutes a night, among the league leaders for d-men in hits and points doesn't really belong on that list. Maybe last year, but not this year.

I think Phaneuf stacks up pretty closely to Mr. Weber this season. Not better, but close. Edit: Weber's cap hit is 7.5M......Phaneufs is 6.5M.

IMO it doesn`t matter whether you finish dead last in the league or lose the Stanley Cup finals, if you don`t win the holy grail you`ve got nothing to brag about.

Who is overrating these guys? Seriously, Komisarek, Gomez? Where are the people who are saying these guys are top talents? The same goes for Phaneuf, he's been slagged by everyone for the past 3 or 4 years. Ask NHL players a simple question and you'll often get a stupid answer.
