13 months ago, who could have predicted an All Star Game this season without either Crosby or Ovechkin in it? Just crazy. Crosby might actually be done for good is the speculation at this point. Light workouts and still feeling the effects. Just sad really.

Exactly the way I feel. The only problem is Bob only has one year left on his contract and there is no way he will ever sign here to back up Bryz for the next several years. The flyers will be forced to trade him at one point to make sure they do not lose him for nothing when he becomes an UFA.

Bobrovsky being a UFA is 4 years away. Bobrovsky will have little choice but to resign here, after 12/13.

I would rather do Carle and JVR for Weber if it was me....We have too many 3-8 defensemen in the pipeline.... I think if you are trading JVR for a defensemen it might as well be one of the better ones in the league.....

That wouldn't get it done for Weber. Why would Nashville want Carle who is going to be a UFA at the end of the year. I really wish we did have #3 defenseman in the pipeline.

Well, I guess he was having fun under the old run 'n gun system but again, where did that get him/them? Green is back in the lineup now. Maybe that will start to cheer him up.
