They would still need decent and consistent goaltending if Wilson was still here.

Everyone talks about how deep Toronto is on D, yet their D NEVER steals a game for the goalies...I can't remember the last time I watched a game and thought "Wow, our goalie must've been bored that game".

For all the D they apparently have, their system needs to capitalize on that and make the goalies life easier and not rely on fantastic goaltending in order to win.

I was exaggerating to prove a point. NJ is in need of several players, which is why i would be open for a Parise trade. All I'm saying is TO cannot compete with the Rangers/Boston's/Nucks of the league and adding Parise won't put them there in my opinion. Not to say it wouldn't make them a better team, but not an instant favorite to win the cup.
